New Lower Delivery Charges
DeliClass's delivery charges are now even lower. Now all orders with total item weight between 2kg and 15kg have a fixed delivery charge of £9.49. For orders under 2kg or over 15kg the delivery charge is lower. (The weight of each item is shown next to the price in the category product lists and the delivery charge is calculated when the user proceeds to the checkout screen. Users may proceed to the checkout screen at any time, and then either continue shopping or complete the checkout process.)

Free Local Delivery
DeliClass is now offering customers free local delivery to the Manchester M21 postcode area. No minimum order level and convenient delivery slots. Please specify when ordering which slot you would prefer in the 'Comments': Weekday Early Evening (6pm - 8pm), Weekday Late Evening (8pm-10pm), Saturday/Sunday Morning (8am-12am), Saturday/Sunday Afternoon (12am-4pm) or Saturday/Sunday Evening (4pm-8pm). Other delivery times may be possible - please feel free to ask.

How to Pay
Customers are able to pay using credit/debit cards or a PayPal account through PayPal. Alternatively, DeliClass provides two additional means of payment. Customers can now pay using credit/debit cards using the Nochex Online Payment Service. Nochex uses 3D Secure, a system to prevent "card not present" fraud. Customer's register their card (once) using 'SecureCode' (for MasterCard) or 'Verified by Visa' (for Visa) and are given a password to use when completing their online transactions. (This registration can be done in advance via your bank's or card provider's web site or when in the payment screens within our website). Our third payment method is by cheque, however goods will not be despatched until the cheque has been received and cleared.
