Conditions of Use
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the deliclass.co.uk site and your relationship with DeliClass Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your libilities under the law.
DeliClass Ltd shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
The deliclass.co.uk site is provided to you free of charge subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Amendment
These Terms & Conditions may be subject to amendment from time to time.
Account Registration
To register with the deliclass.co.uk site you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you during registration are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal account details.
DeliClass Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend any account or order at any time at our descretion, if we believe that an illegal act has or may occur, or that you have breached your obligations specified in these Terms & Conditions.
When you register you will be asked to create a password. This should be kept secret. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should change your password immediately.
Limitations of Use
You may not use the deliclass.co.uk site for any of the following purposes:
* Distibuting abusive, threatening, obscene, prnographic, libellous, sexist, racist, or unlawful material
* Conducting any kind of illegal activity
* Gaining unauthorised access to any computer system
* Interfering with the use and/or enjoyment of any user of this site
* Making, obtaining, transmitting or storing copyright materiel of any kind
Site Availability
Although DeliClass aims to provide to its customers the best service possible, DeliClass make no guarantee that this site will be constantly available or free from faults.
Should you discover what you believe to be a fault it would be appreciated if you could report it by sending an email to contact@deliclass.co.uk, and we will try to correct the problem as soon as reasonably possible.
Privacy Policy
This section explains how we use use the information that you supply when registering or updating either your account details or placing an order.
All your details are treated with the strictest confidence. Information collected from you from this site is only used to process your orders. Information is not passed onto anyone not involved in processing your order.
We collect the following personall information:

* Date of Birth
* Email Address
* Company Name (if supplied)
* Home Address
* Telephone Number
* Fax Number (if supplied)
* Newsletters Requested Indicator
* Selected Password
* Delivery Address(es)
* Billing Address(es)
We do not hold these details any longer than we are required to process your order and to comply with legal requirement for trading.
We will not send you promotional emails or other advertising information unless you have contacted us. DeliClass does publish a newsletter on an ad hoc basis but this will not be sent to you unless you have specifically subscribed to it.
This site does use cookies but only to allow the correct and efficient operation of your shopping cart.
DeliClass conforms with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Payment
DeliClass currently processes payments using PayPal. Payment is taken at the time of placing the order. All prices are in Sterling.
All purchases are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Delivery
The goods will be sent out within 2 working days of receipt of you order. We do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
Delivery will be made to address supplied in the order delivery address. Delivery can only be provided to addresses in the UK Mainland.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Any liability on our part is limited to the selling price of the goods involved and we are not liable for any consequential loss.
Deliveries are made using Royal mail, Parcel Force or courier. Orders may not be collected.
Items sent by Recorded Delivery or courier must be signed for by the consignee upon delivery.
Item Unavailability
In the unlikely event that we cannot satisy your order due to an item being out of stock, we will attempt to contact you as quickly as we can using the contact information that you supplied. We will offer you an alternative if one is available, however you may cancel the order if the alternative is not suitable. We will not send substitute items without you approval.
Returns
If you are not entirely satified with any of our products or our service then please contact us at contact@deliclass.co.uk. If we are unable to resolve the problem, sinply return them to us in the same condition within 14 days of date of purchase for a full refund for the goods.
Unfortunately we cannot refund courier or postage charges incurred in their return, or if through no fault of DeliClass or our carriers we are unable to deliver the goods. If we or our couriers are instructed to uplift or return goods, we will refund the cost of the goods less the cost of their delivery and return to us.
If goods are supplied by courier and arrived damaged we will be happy to refund all charges in full. We do not accept responsible for goods delivered damaged by Royal Mail unless insurance has been requested and paid for by the customer.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst being returned to us, or in any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.
This does not affect your statutory rights
Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and constrained in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
If any of these terms and conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms & Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permited by the law. |
